Premium
The basic types of Premium Line knives are intended for daily use in the catering companies. The knife blade is forged and goes smoothly into the handle. The blade material is made of German hardened steel. The knife handle is made of POM material that meets all hygiene standards of the catering companies.
Platinum
The blade of the Platinum line knives is made of Damascus steel, which is characterized by a sanding pattern and fine quality. The material is hard but flexible. The knife is forged from one piece of material. The knife handle made of G10 material consists of glass fiber and epoxy-resol resin which is one of the hardest materials on the market.
