The Platinum Line range includes pots with a 3-layer sandwich bottom. These products are made of high quality chrome nickel steel 18/10. The 5-layer or 3-layer technology ensure a perfect heat distribution. The 5 layers consist of: 18/10 stainless steel inside, an aluminum layer, copper core, aluminum layer and 18/0 magnetic steel outer layer. The 3-layer technology consists of titanium, aluminum and 18/0 magnetic steel. Thanks to both technologies you can save energy and time. Platinum Line pots are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction stoves.
