Bar passion has taken over the heart of the capital

At the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, top bartenders, chefs, and gastronomy experts came together for the Mirror Hospitality Expo. Through lectures, tastings, and workshops, they shared their knowledge and inspiration. Visitors had the chance to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of the bartending world – and once again, we were proud to be part of it!

World-class mixology by legendary bartenders

The event showcased world-class bartenders from prestigious bars, including Rodrigo Urraca from Handshake Speakeasy, Benji Cavagna from 1930 in Milan, Timo Janse from Flying Dutchman, Martin Siska from Scarfes Bar, and Cassandra Eichhoff from the European Bartender School. Each of them brought their own unique style and an innovative approach to modern bartending.

Original styles, innovative cocktails, and the names shaping the bartending world – all in one place, right here in Bratislava.

The goal was to strengthen and showcase the Slovak bar scene

Bartenders enthusiastically combined local ingredients with fresh ideas and exceptional hospitality. Stanislav Harcinik from Mirror Bar noted that the goal of the Mirror Hospitality Expo was to showcase the very best of Slovakia’s bar scene to the world – and to push it even further forward. The second edition of the event brought a wealth of workshops, tastings, and inspiring encounters to Bratislava.
