Energy, passion, and inspiration captured in every dish

The Mirror Hospitality Expo 2023 took place at the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, attracting all gastronomy enthusiasts. From May 19 to 23, over the course of five days, bartenders and chefs from leading restaurants showcased their skills.

The live cooking show was unforgettable, thanks to us as well

Visitors had the opportunity to taste specialties such as Austro-Hungarian cuisine by Martin Novák, modern Slovak dishes by Daniel Tilinger and Lukáš Hesko, and a fusion of Slovak flavours by Gabriel Kocák. Sola Switzerland provided professional service that complemented the unique gastronomic experience.

The atmosphere throughout the event was filled with energy, passion, and inspiration, reflected in every dish.

Marco Pierre White as the main star of the evening

The highlight of the event was Marco Pierre White, the British legend of gastronomy and the youngest chef to receive three Michelin stars. Visitors tasted his famous Italian risotto and experienced his culinary artistry live.

During the cooking, he also engaged with the audience and answered their questions.
