Sola Switzerland at the Gault&Millau gala evening in Prague

At the second Gault&Millau gala evening in the Czech Republic, taking place on January 26, 2026, they will present a new edition of the prestigious restaurant guide. The evening will also include the presentation of awards to personalities and restaurants that have stood out the most in gastronomy this year. We will be part of this exceptional event as well.

New restaurants and regions in the spotlight

Secret inspectors had more room to travel throughout the year, so they also focused on regions and visited more venues. Once again, only restaurants that score at least 10 out of 20 points will make the selection. The guide also retains the Pop category, which includes places that may not score points, but impress with their concept and atmosphere.

Highlights of the gala evening

A new feature of the evening will be the premiere of the Stay&Dine hotel guide, which connects quality accommodation with restaurants rated by Gault&Millau. These trophies and awards are proof that top-quality gastronomy is not only evaluated, but also celebrated.
