The pan from the Master Chef line is made of 18/10 chromium-nickel stainless steel. It has a diameter of 240 mm and a depth of 50 mm. The pan is heat resistant up to 260 °C. Thanks to the Ilag non-stick coating, food does not stick or burn. It has a ferromagnetic base and is therefore suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The product is suitable for use in commercial dishwashers.
