High quality frying pan from the Platinum Line is made of 18/10 chrome-nickel steel. The matt inner surface with a five-layer sandwich bottom, which also includes a copper core, ensures perfect heat distribution and saves cooking costs. The pan has a diameter of 220 mm and a depth of 85 mm. It has a ferromagnetic bottom and is therefore suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. The product is suitable for industrial dishwashers.
