Tasteful cutlery with fine sinusoidal line
The robust handle with a slant cut at the end is guaranteed to catch the attention of guests
and fit comfortably in the palm of their hand. The cutlery is great to handle
and can be easily combined with both white and coloured porcelain.
Its production takes place in several steps. It starts with the preparation of the material, when, according to the type of cutlery, we cut out the steel parts. We forge the handles with a pressing machine and shape the knife blades or spoon heads with rollers. This is followed by heating in an oven to prevent corrosion. We mark the whole model with a logo and shape the handles according to the design. Next, we model the fork tines, spoon heads and knife blades. And here comes the important step - grinding. Since the products have sharp edges at this point, we need to dull them, and then we'll adjust the blade edge on the knives as well. However, care must be taken to maintain the shape, so the grinding requires the utmost precision. Finally, we polish, check and pack the cutlery.
