At the Gault&Millau gala evening in Bratislava, which will take place on March 23, 2026, the new edition of the prestigious hotel guide will be unveiled. The evening will also feature an awards ceremony honoring the individuals and restaurants that have excelled most in the culinary world this year. We will also be part of this exceptional event.

New restaurants and regions in the spotlight

The mystery diners had more opportunities to travel throughout the year, so they also focused on different regions and visited more restaurants. Once again, only restaurants that score at least 10 out of 20 points will be included in the selection. The guide also retains the “Pop” category, which features establishments that, while not scoring points, stand out for their creativity and atmosphere.

The evening will also feature the premiere of the hotel guide Stay&Dine 2026, which connects high-quality accommodations with restaurants rated by Gault&Millau.
