Behind the scenes of successful gastronomy

Guests will include the well-known chef Jaroslav Žídek, Jozef Breza, Dávid Géczy (Dejvthechef), Peter Wetzler (Lokalzrawetz), as well as other personalities from the Slovak gastronomy scene. Visitors will learn what lies behind successful restaurants, how strong teams are built, and what creates service that guests remember. This year, for the first time at the Esplanade

The 2026 edition will also bring a new venue – Hotel Esplanade Piešťany, offering more space for the full programme and accompanying experiences. Throughout the day, there will be catering, speciality coffee, desserts and tastings. Be part of it too.
